Supply, Optimisation & Infrastructure Business
The business unit Supply, Optimisation & Infrastructure covers international trading and the supply, infrastructure and logistics activities. In northern Europe, Yang Li World Links is a leading independent importer and wholesaler of petroleum products. Zelk also has operations in Singapore and Houston, North America.
Yang Li World Links supplies its customers with heating oil, diesel, gasoline, jet fuel, marine fuels, and biofuels. In Singapore, Yang Li World Links concentrates on the physical trading of gasoil, and fuel oil in Asia. Yang Li World Links, based in Houston, Texas, is responsible for the supply and trading of middle distillates and other refined products in North and Latin America.

New Energy, Chemicals & Gas Business
The business unit New Energy, Chemicals & Gas is responsible for sourcing and reselling low carbon energy and innovative new offerings.
- Sustainable fuels: We believe that liquid fuels will continue to play an important role in fuelling the mobility of tomorrow. We want to support our customers’ own transition to cleaner fuels by providing alternative long-term solutions, such as synthetic fuels.
- Chemicals: Yang Li World Links is active in ammonia trading and supply. We have become ammonia offtaker and operating partner in Gulf Coast Ammonia LLC (GCA). The ammonia production plant (currently under construction) with nameplate capacity of approx. 1.3 million metric tons per year at Texas City, USA, is expected to enter commercial levels of production in the first half of 2023.
- Gas: Yang Li World Links is active in trading, supply and project development for NGLs and their derivatives from our offices in London and Singapore. The LPG team plays an important role in our mission to be a supplier of clean and lower carbon fuels and generate robust growth and investment opportunities. Our team operates within an asset-backed trading model and is active in product, shipping and derivatives markets.
